Every time I launch the drone, I wonder if I'll ever see that thing again. I get anxiety in my chest. The battery seems to drain real quick and I've heard stories where you thought you had 5 minutes of battery left but it miscalculates and TWOINK, now it's at the bottom of the lake. Frankly, I'm surprised they let anyone fly these things.

But what is usually the case is that the places you want to fly them, you're not legally allowed to fly them. That's (I guess) part of the fun of drones. Finding creative ways to use them (legally). Looking for it in the bushes after it drops its connection (never happened to me!)
Lake Cuicocha Lake near Otavalo in Ecuador. A big volcanic lake with two mounds- just above the equator.
It's hella chaotic at the start of the Ironman. Right before the swim portion starts, the swimmers are treading water while race marshalls form a starting line on the surfboards. Once the race starts, they then dart out into the ocean.
